INFLAMMATION
Symptoms
Headaches, heartburn, arthritis, migraines, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune diseases, tingling, numbness, weakness, fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, endometriosis, heavy painful periods, skin conditions, fluid retention, constipation, bloating, anxiety and depression - are just a few common examples of symptoms caused, or worsened, by inflammation, causing the body to be ‘out of balance’, that we routinely work with. We have 27 years of identifying inflammation through our evaluations, & reducing inflammation through our care plans.
Treatments we use
A combination of chiropractic, dietary, nutrition/herbs , Low level Laser, lifestyle and exercises are often prescribed to get to the root cause of the symptoms that you are suffering as a result of your inflammation.
Some conditions are more dietary/nutrition/herbs focused, some more chiropractic/dietary/exercise focused. Labwork may be used to monitor progress.
What to expect from care
A roadmap telling you: 1) Where you are. 2) What to do to improve. 3) How to do your part, while we do our part (this is teamwork!). We usually have 90 day goals and cycles of care, where we can see meaningful improvement, symptom and habit change, supporting you along the way, so that you can maintain your progress and continue moving forward.
What our patients say
“I had irritably before meals, cravings for coffee & candy in the afternoon, felt drowsy, mentally sluggish, and fatigued. I couldn’t concentrate, was highly emotional. I had headaches several times/week, joint stiffness daily in hips, knees, shoulders, and night sweats. Following three months on a clinical nutritional program, my night sweats had resolved, emotions had evened-out, body aches and pains dissipated, mental clarity and energy significantly improved, even my headaches disappeared.”
“I had hot flashes, my hair was falling out. I could only sleep 4-5 hours per night. Following a clinical nutrition program and dietary changes over several months, I now have no hot flashes, my hair is not falling out, and I am sleeping longer.”
